The developer for this project is McKinley Edgewood Development Co., LLC, with GBC Design, Inc. serving as the architect. The Clubhouse, covering 2,648 square feet, is a premier amenities space exclusively for the residents of The Fountains at Edgewood. Inside, there is a well-equipped fitness area, welcoming community and sitting rooms, modern restrooms, a fully functional kitchen, and an outdoor porch surrounded by pool areas. Additionally, the project scope encompassed exterior site work, including a 26-stall surface parking lot.
