Project consisted of a main building with 83 resident apartments and 7 free standing independent living duplex villas. Main building provides nursing services, full service commercial kitchen and dining, community room, bistro/café, billiards, chapel, lounge areas, activities areas and more. Resident rooms in the main building range from one bed efficiency apartments to two-bedroom apartments with full kitchen. The villas each consist of a two-bedroom, two-bathroom design with a full kitchen featuring granite countertop space. Exterior design consists of a blend of siding and cultured stone provide a friendly appeal that fits into any neighborhood. Contract scope included overall general construction while working with municipal departments and coordinating owner furnished contractors and materials.
