A project featuring independent living, assisted living, and memory care units.  This facility includes multiple amenities both indoors and outdoors including patios, gardens, walking paths, movie theatre, bistro, pub, library, exercise room and spa. The project’s construction challenges included a mid-November start date and coordination with the owner provided site contractor.
