These low income housing tax credit projects have 44 units across 40,000 square feet with 3 different types and sizes of buildings. Constructed in multiple phases, the campus includes one-bedroom flats, two-bedroom townhomes, and two-bedroom flats with 6 units meeting ADA requirements. Alpha Construction collaborated with the local housing authority. Despite challenges like limited space and a tight deadline, the projects were finished successfully.
