This OHFA low income housing tax credit project will be 28 units across 26,000 square feet. The buildings will be certified as a green building by LEED at the silver level or higher. The apartments will have extra storage lockers for at least half of the units. In compliance with OHFA regulations, the building will include three Disability Compliant units and one Sensory & Hearing Impaired unit.
